At present, as Chartered Accountants, we are required to prepare accounts and tax returns to the standards set by the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants (NZICA). In order to meet these standards we are often required to perform additional work.   In order to provide you with a more cost effective service, we have streamlined the process of completing simple accounts and tax returns, whilst still remaining under the umbrella of the NZICA - this service is provided by CG BizBooks Limited.

Completing your work in this manner will ensure your costs are kept to a minimum and your work is done efficiently within a 15 day timeframe.  In these current economic times, every little bit helps and we want to do our part to assist our clients in reducing costs.

If we identify that your accounts can be completed in this manner, we will forward a letter of offer for you to have your 2009 work prepared by CG BizBooks. 

 From there, it’s as simple as……

• You will forward your complete information to us.
• We will send you an estimate before we start the work so there are no surprises.
• We will forward an invoice with the estimate which is to be paid in advance. 
• When completed your accounts will meet the minimum standard of the IRD, Companies Office and Financial Reporting Act and still comply with NZICA standards.
• We will encourage you to help us to be more efficient by using tools such as Banklink, our web site secure access area, and email to send and receive your information.
• We will guarantee a 15 working day turnaround of your work - the 15 working day turnaround will start from the day all required information is provided to us and the initial invoice is paid.
• When completed your work will be posted to you or even better, emailed to you.
