Team changes at Chester Grey:

Georgina Grey from Reception has left the team. Sad for us, but Georgina gained early admission to her Uni course so it is great news for her. Reception is being managed by Carole and Donna

JingJing Pan has been promoted to Manager and is based in our City Office.  We are sure that JingJing will make a great addition to our Manager team.

Microsoft Outlook & the Clutter Folder:

If you are a business user of Microsoft Outlook you will know that Microsoft introduced a ‘Clutter’ folder recently. Clutter analyses how you process all your email and moves the “unimportant stuff” out of your Inbox folder and places that into the Clutter folder. In theory, this should leave you with an emptier and distraction-free Inbox folder containing only high priority emails and emails which interest you more. Basically, the Clutter folder is your “second-tier” Inbox folder containing emails that you usually ignore.

Unfortunately as this is a new option many people are forgetting about the emails that are automatically diverted to their Clutter folder. And while we are sure you don’t usually ‘ignore’ emails from us some clients have found that our invoice emails have been diverted to their clutter folder.

You can turn this folder off from your Office 356 web login, or you can train your clutter folder by moving any email that you don’t want going to your clutter folder back into your inbox. However if you are choosing to keep your clutter folder you do need to check it regularly.

BNZ Gold Credit Cards:

If you are a holder of a BNZ Gold credit card you will know that they have made a change recently from Mastercard to Visa. If you have your BNZ Gold Credit Card linked to Xero you will need to fill in a new bankfeed authority form for the credit card so that it can be re-linked to your Xero account. Please contact Carole carole.smith@chestergrey.co.nz to get a bankfeed authority form
