He is a founder member of the NZICA Business Development Specialists Group and frequently presents seminars on business development topics. Stephen has developed close working relationships with his clients, including directorships, and is integrally involved in their success.
Margaret Pepper, Partner, City Practice
Margaret joined Chester Grey over 20 years ago from a background of Corporate Accounting. Margaret's specialty is Financial Accounting and Systems investigations. If there is a problem within your accounting systems Margaret will provide the solution. Margaret also has vast experience in Budgeting and Cashflow Management, Company Management and Taxation Planning.
Peter Lineen, Partner
Peter has been with Chester Grey for over 20 years specialising in advice to small to medium sized business (SMES). Originally an auditor with Inland Revenue, he has returned from the dark side to help you minimise your tax exposure. Peter completed the Business Development Specialist course at Unitec to add to his existing Business Development expertise. If you want expert assistance in developing your business - Peter is the man to speak too.
Scott has both a background in accounting and technology - having spent the start of his career with Chester Grey he ventured to the UK where he specialised in Project Management. Scott returned to NZ with his family to take up a partnership with Chester Grey, heading up ICT, providing software solutions, implementation, training and support to a wide range of clients as well as acting as the Business Manager.

Alan founded Chester Grey in 1969 and has been pivotal in its success and growth over the past 40 years. Alan continues to consult to the firm offering the benefit of his wealth of experience to benefit the team and our clients.
Deborah Fussey, CA - Manager, City Practice
With a wealth of experience in Senior Management Accounting and a solid manufacturing background, Deborah has completed assignments in systems analysis and refinement that involved secondment to client's premises. Deborah is available to assist our CBD clients as the Manager of our City Practice.

Dianne is a Senior Management Accountant with a corporate background. Dianne has worked for Chester Grey for a number of years specialising in Financial Accounting, Compliance and Interim Reporting.
Tim Appleton, CA - Manager B.Bus
Tim is a senior accountant specialising in interpretation of tax laws and lends an analytical tax point of view to our business advisory service. Tim worked with the Inland Revenue in highly technical areas for a number of years and is highly respected in the area of specialist taxation advice.

Susan Arudas - Accounts Administrator
Susan brings to Chester Grey a wide range of skills from an extensive finance and office management background. Susan's sound systems knowledge has been put to good use in the implementation of an extensive accounting system for one of our largest clients. Susan will be bringing her skills and knowledge to compliance work within the Chester Grey team.
Carole Smith - Admin Manager
Carole is a senior administrator responsible for statutory requirements of the Client Companies and administering our clients Tax related requirements. Carole is also involved with the planning and overseeing of our client seminars and informative newsletters - a part of her role that she greatly enjoys.
